1994 – 2018
In all technical sense of a family tree, Cely was the ‘Step-Grandma’ to us rambunctious Fox grandkids. I feel it’s incredibly necessary to add however, that this ‘step’ termonalogy is false. Cely was most definitely our third grandma. Most everyone only gets two grandmas, but we were blessed beyond measure with three. I never knew a visit to Grandpa’s without a witty conversation with Cely or a loving list of compliments offered in conversation by Cely. Cely loved the 7 Fox grandkids like her own, and her love and support did not go unnoticed. I always looked forward to hearing stories of Cely’s travels and listening to her soothing voice as she told them. Cely was never without a nice thing to say, and taught us all about the importance of kindness and the adventure of traveling.
